This was a project for Meat Chops Canada Inc., the creation of branded packaging for the Heritage Line; Bison Bites, Elk Stixs, and Mini Bison Bites. As well as the creation of a shipping/display box for the brand to deliver their products in. The branded box focused more on the original brand and not the heritage line.

The Challenge
1. Create a shipment/display box that was memorable while capturing the essence of Meat Chops.
2. Design packaging in which represented the Heritage Line yet still remained attached to the Meat Chops Brand. The challenge was to keep the new line separated from other products yet still feel as though it belonged to the company. Reference the below images of the Beef Jerky and Beef Chunks packaging for the original product line.
This project was first started by the creation of the new lines corresponding logo/logos. The original logo was taken and the animal switched to the corresponding one for the new product(s). See below to see the updated logos. Bison Bites and Elk Stixs packaging was referenced from the Beef Jerky and Chunks packaging. Where the colours, content, partnerships and updated logos were added.

Box Iterations
Meat Chops display box was developed to pay homage to the original logo (as seen below). The goal of this project was to create a mini barn to store and display the jerky products.
